Computech Names Lawrence (Larry) Fitzpatrick as President
Today, Computech announced that it has named Lawrence Fitzpatrick to serve as the company’s President. Since 2002, Fitzpatrick has served as Senior Vice President of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”), where he has been responsible for the organization’s information technology applications and system architecture. Prior to his current responsibilities at FINRA, Fitzpatrick was Technology Vice President at Open Text Software (OTEX) and Chief Technology Officer at Personal Library Software. Computech begins work for Mexico’s Cofetel
Computech welcomed members of the Comisión Federal de Telecomunicaciones (Cofetel) to its offices today, beginning work on a new spectrum auction system for use by the Mexican telecommunications regulator. Cofetel engaged the firm to develop and implement a new automated auction system for use later this year.

Ofcom, the independent regulator and competition authority for the United Kingdom’s communications industries, awarded Computech a place on its consultancy services framework today.
