Producing iterative and regular deliverables forces projects to show results and is a vastly better approach than the traditional waterfall methodology of delivering the solution all at once. Iterative development further provides a cadence to the development team and lets them build confidence as modules are completed and milestones are achieved.

We base our Project Management policies and procedures on industry best practices, including the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and Carnegie Mellon’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI).
