Health Insurance
Offered to regular full-time employees through CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield

The firm offers health insurance to regular full-time employees through CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. Offered as a pre-tax payroll deduction, employees have the option to choose between three different health plans, all of which include prescription and vision coverage.




Dental Insurance
Offered to regular full-time employees through Aetna
Offered as a pre-tax payroll deduction, employees have the option of two different plans.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Offered to regular, full-time employees
Allows for pre-tax account set aside for qualified out-of-pocket medical, dental and/or dependent care expenses.
Retirement Savings Plan
Profit Sharing is rewarded to employees for their service and allegiance
Each plan year, Computech may make a contribution to each eligible participant’s account; historically, contribution amounts equal one month’s salary. Money in the account vests over a six-year period.
401k is offered to all employees to prepare for their future retirement needs through tax-deferred savings
Employees can elect pre-tax payroll deductions between 1% and 80% of annual earnings (subject to IRS limits). In lieu of a company-match for employees participating in the 401(k), Computech provides the Profit Sharing plan for all eligible employees.
Life Insurance
Provided at no cost to regular full-time employees
The benefit equals two times an employee’s base annual earnings (up to a maximum of $300,000), payable to the employee's beneficiary in the event of the employee’s death.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
Provided to regular full-time employees
The benefit equals two times an employee’s base annual earnings (up to a maximum of $300,000). This provides an additional benefit, payable to the employee's beneficiary, in the event of death due to an accident.
Short Term Disability
Provided at no cost to regular full-time employees
In the event of an accident or illness, employees may be eligible to receive benefits equal to 60% of weekly earnings up to a maximum of $2,500 per week.
Long Term Disability
Provided at no cost to regular full-time employees
In the event of an accident or illness, eligible employees may receive benefits equal to 60% of monthly earnings up to a maximum of $6,000 per month.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Regular full-time employees eligible to accrue up to four weeks per year
Employees have the option to carry up to one year of accrued PTO from one calendar year to the next.

Corporate Holidays
Regular full-time employees are eligible for ten paid federal holidays
Includes: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Administrative Leave
Up to two personal days per calendar year
May be used for the birth or adoption of a child, death in the immediate family, real estate closings, or naturalization proceedings.
Jury Duty
The firm grants a leave of absence to employees notified to serve
During this leave, the firm compensates employees with a payment of an amount equal to the difference between their jury duty pay and their regular salary.
Professional Development/Tuition Reimbursement
Regular full-time employees are eligible
The company supports the continuation of its employee’s academic goals through higher education. To that end, all regular full-time employees are eligible to participate in the company's tuition reimbursement program. The company will reimburse the employee for tuition for certain courses that it believes are job-related. The amount an employee receives will depend upon the final grade received in the course.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Regular full-time employees are eligible
This program, provided to employees and their families, offers a confidential support service designed to help with the issues that affect people’s life the most. Among the topics offered for support, advice, and solutions are parenting, care giving, legal issues, and education.
Metrochek Program
Offered to all regular full-time employees.
Accepted as credit vouchers for the purchase of fares on more than 80 different providers of public transportation and transit services, the Metrocheck program allows all employees to pay for transportation costs through pre-tax payroll deductions.
Employee Referral Program
Offered to all regular full-time employees
To encourage employees to refer qualified candidates to Computech, the firm’s Employee Referral Program rewards the referring employee with a $1,000 bonus following the new hire’s six-month introductory period.
Fringe Benefits

Computech supports several philanthropic agencies, contributing to various charities and relief efforts.

The company hosts an annual adult Holiday Party for employees and guests.

Fitness First
