Health Insurance
The firm offers health insurance to regular full-time employees through CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. Offered as a pre-tax payroll deduction, employees have the option to choose between three different health plans, all of which include prescription and vision coverage.

Dental Insurance
The firm offers dental insurance to regular full-time employees through Aetna. Offered as a pre-tax payroll deduction, employees have the option of two different plans.

Flexible Spending Accounts
The firm offers a Flexible Spending Account to regular, full-time employees interested in a pre-tax account set aside for qualified out-of-pocket medical, dental and/or dependent care expenses.

Retirement Savings Plan
The firm rewards employees for their service and allegiance by establishing and contributing to each employee’s retirement account. Each plan year, Computech may make a contribution to each eligible participant’s account; historically, contribution amounts equal one month’s salary. Money in the account vests over a six-year period.
Employees can personally prepare for their future retirement needs through tax-deferred savings in a 401(k) plan. Employees can contribute pre-tax payroll money between 1% and 80% of annual earnings (subject to IRS limits). This benefit is administered by Fidelity Investments. Employees are also eligible for free financial counseling at any of Fidelity’s branches.

Life Insurance
The firm provides life insurance at no cost to regular full-time employees. The benefit equals two times an employee’s base annual earnings (up to a maximum of $300,000), payable to the employee’s beneficiary in the event of the employee’s death.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
The firm provides Accidental Death and Dismemberment at no cost to regular full-time employees. The benefit equals two times an employee’s base annual earnings (up to a maximum of $300,000). This provides an additional benefit, payable to the employee’s beneficiary, in the event of death due to an accident.

Short Term Disability
The firm provides short-term disability at no cost to regular full-time employees. In the event of an accident or illness, employees may be eligible to receive benefits equal to 60% of weekly earnings up to a maximum of $2,500 per week.

Long Term Disability
The firm provides long-term disability coverage at no cost to regular full-time employees. In the event of an accident or illness, eligible employees may receive benefits equal to 60% of monthly earnings up to a maximum of $6,000 per month.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
Regular full-time employees are eligible to accrue up to four weeks of PTO per year. Employees have the option to carry up to two weeks of accrued PTO from one calendar year to the next.

Corporate Holidays
Regular full-time employees are eligible for ten paid federal holidays, specifically, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Administrative Leave
The firm allows regular full-time employees up to two personal days per calendar year for the birth or adoption of a child, or for a death in the immediate family. Full-time employees may receive up to one personal day for a real estate closing on a new primary residence or for naturalization/citizenship proceedings.

Jury Duty
The firm grants a leave of absence for jury duty to employees notified to serve. During this leave, the firm compensates employees with a payment of an amount equal to the difference between their jury duty pay and their regular salary.

Professional Development/Tuition Reimbursement
Computech’s management encourages and nurtures all staff members, advocating professional development in a number of ways. The firm welcomes its primary role of delivering technical ingenuity and resourcefulness; therefore, the firm hires and retains technically adept personnel, continually trains them, and provides them with state-of-the art tools and computational resources.
The firm supports the continuation of its employee’s academic goals through higher education. To that end, all regular full-time employees are eligible to participate in the firm’s tuition reimbursement program. The firm will reimburse the employee for tuition for certain courses that it believes are job-related. The amount an employee receives will depend upon the final grade received in the course.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
This program, provided to employees and their families, offers a confidential support service designed to help with the issues that affect people’s life the most. Among the topics offered for support, advice, and solutions are parenting, care giving, legal issues, and education.

SmartBenefits Program
This program allows all employees to pay for transportation costs through pre-tax payroll deductions. Money is directly uploaded to individuals SmarTrip® card for use on Metrorail and Metrobus, DASH, Ride On, Fairfax Connector, CUE, Loudoun County Transit and registered vanpools.

Health Club Membership
This program allows all employees receive discounted health club initiation and membership fees to over 15 local Fitness First Health Clubs. The health clubs feature the latest exercise and fitness equipment, as well as hundreds of Pilates, aerobics, yoga, and cycling classes, all included with the membership. Current Fitness First members’ can have their monthly rates adjusted to the Computech discounted rate.

Employee Referral Program
To encourage employees to refer qualified candidates to Computech, the firm’s Employee Referral Program rewards the referring employee with a $2,500 bonus following the new hire’s six-month introductory period.
