Leadership Development Program
Leaders create a sense of purpose and a clear focus on performance.
Computech launched the Leadership Development Program (LDP) in the summer of 2007 to help individual employees develop their leadership skills. Our Leadership Development program provides our staff a chance to stretch their professional capabilities and hone their skills around:
- Peer Leadership
- Team Leadership
- Client Leadership
As this program develops – and encourages – leadership skills, we accept applications from all full-time employees. Each year, LDP provides a team of promising Computech employees with a foundation of tools and skills that will help each member contribute to, and ideally lead, the company’s growth.
